Our garments are constructed by different designers and suppliers, therefore we are unable to provide specific measurements for all items.
For reference for particular products we may note in the product description the size of the clothing the model is wearing or when clothing is a smaller or larger make.

RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your products, let us know & we'll work with you to make it right.
We are able to exchange your item for another size, a different product or provide a store credit if the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
Please note we recommend that you select your items carefully as we do not refund items if you change your mind or if you have chosen incorrectly. This includes items that you purchase that are the wrong size, wrong colour/style or you simply do not like the item.
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase as we cannot return your item without it.
Items can be exchanged through our Orange or Bathurst stores. Please email or call the store to make sure the items are in store ready to be exchanged. Not all items available online are available in both stores. Email - hello@laurieclaireboutique.com. You can download our returns form here
Items must have tags attached, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for worn/washed items or items damaged by the consumer.
Faulty items must be returned with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:

* Sale items
* Earrings

Unfortunately our exchange policy does not apply to our sale items section.
We recommend that you select sale items carefully as we do not refund these items if you change your mind or if you have chosen incorrectly. This includes items that you purchase that are the wrong size, wrong colour/style or you simply do not like the item.
Shipping
To return your product, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item & re sending. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $150 qualify for FREE shipping
- Standard Shipping flat rate $12.95
- Express Shipping Flat Rate $16
- Instore pick up available within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation when your order is ready to be collected from your selected store
Instore Pickup
In store pickups will be available within 24 hours after your purchase has been made. Order placed after 12pm Friday will be available to collect the following Tuesday.
Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be posted within 24 hours of the order being placed. Purchases made Saturday to Sunday will be posted the following business day. All purchases are posted through Australia Post. With an estimate time of arrival of 3-5 business days from the day the purchase was posted. Delivery will take an extra day to Western Australia and South Australia.
Once your parcel has left our boutique, it is the property of Australia post and Laurie Claire Boutique is legally not responsible for any damaged or lost parcels. Although if your parcel does not reach you within the delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Please contact us at hello@laurieclaireboutique.com

Shipping Address
Laurie Claire Boutique takes no responsibility for incorrect postal addresses, & we do not take responsibility if you do not receive your item due to an incorrect address. As a customer it is your responsibility to check the address you have entered and verify postcodes, street names, suburbs and street numbers are all correct and spelt correctly before submitting the postal details in the checkout process.
