DELIVERY
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be posted within 24 hours of the order being placed (Can be longer in peak periods eg sales). All purchases are posted through Australia Post. With an estimate time of arrival of 3-5 business days from the day the purchase was posted. Delivery will take an extra day to Western Australia and South Australia.Once your parcel has left our boutique, it is the property of Australia post and Laurie Claire Boutique is legally not responsible for any damaged or lost parcels. We are able to exchange your item for another size, a different product or provide a store credit if the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase we cannot return your item without it.
Items must have tags attached, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for worn/washed items or items damaged by the consumer.
Faulty items must be returned with your receipt or proof of purchase.
