RETURNS
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE PRODUCTS. SALE IS FINAL.
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your products, let us know & we'll work with you to make it right. We are able to exchange your item for another size, a different product or provide a store credit if the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note we recommend that you select your items carefully as we do not refund items if you change your mind or if you have chosen incorrectly. This includes items that you purchase that are the wrong size, wrong colour/style or you simply do not like the item.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase we cannot return your item without it.
Items can be exchanged through our Orange, Bathurst or Dubbo stores. Please email or call the store to make sure the items are in store ready to be exchanged. Not all items available online are available instore. Email - hello@laurieclaireboutique.com.

Items must have tags attached, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for worn/washed items or items damaged by the consumer.
Faulty items must be returned with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items include gift cards, sale items and earrings.
SALE
Unfortunately our exchange policy does not apply to our sale items section. We recommended you select sale items carefully as we do not refund these items if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly. This includes items that you have purchased that are the wrong size, colour, style, as well as if you decide you no longer like item.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item & re sending. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
