The Zafino Collection is designed in Australia, pieces are destined to live a long life if they are carefully taken care of. To keep your Zafino pieces looking their best we recommend against wearing your jewellery while bathing and having your jewellery come into any contact with chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and cleaning products as these contain chemicals that can damage the plating. It is advisable to not swim, shower, sleep or play sport whilst wearing your jewellery this is especially important for our gold-plated and silver-plated pieces, which are more prone to oxidation and tarnishing.
After wear, please ensure jewels are stored in a safe, dry place that is preferably flat and out of direct light, free from moisture and away from any extreme heat. Please ensure each piece is stored separately, to prevent any scratching or rubbing from contact with other jewels. If you need to clean your jewellery, only use non-abrasive cotton or microfiber cloth.

DELIVERY
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be posted within 24 hours of the order being placed (Can be longer in peak periods eg sales). All purchases are posted through Australia Post. With an estimate time of arrival of 3-5 business days from the day the purchase was posted. Delivery will take an extra day to Western Australia and South Australia.Once your parcel has left our boutique, it is the property of Australia post and Laurie Claire Boutique is legally not responsible for any damaged or lost parcels. We are able to exchange your item for another size, a different product or provide a store credit if the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note we recommend that you select your items carefully as we do not refund items if you change your mind or if you have chosen incorrectly. This includes items that you purchase that are the wrong size, wrong colour/style or you simply do not like the item.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase we cannot return your item without it.
Items must have tags attached, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for worn/washed items or items damaged by the consumer.
Faulty items must be returned with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items include gift cards, sale items and earrings.
Items can be exchanged through our Orange, Bathurst or Dubbo stores.
